A simple seven-day cancellation rule

Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Woman's Perspective consultations.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. The refund rule

Cancel at least seven full calendar days before the appointment: you are eligible for a refund.

Cancel less than seven days before the appointment: the consultation is not refundable under this commercial cancellation policy.

2. How the deadline is calculated

The seven-day period is measured back from the consultation's scheduled start date and time, using the time zone shown in the booking confirmation. For example, if the consultation begins at 3:00 p.m. on 15 September, the cancellation request must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on 8 September to qualify under this policy.

3. How to request cancellation

Use the cancellation method in your booking confirmation or contact Woman's Perspective through a method listed on the homepage. Include the booking name, appointment date and time, and the email address used for payment. A request is effective when it is received.

4. How approved refunds are returned

An approved refund will normally be sent to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. You will receive confirmation after the refund has been initiated.

5. Packages, memberships, and events

This page governs individual consultations unless the checkout or written offer expressly says otherwise. Packages, recurring memberships, masterminds, and retreats may have additional cancellation terms that should be shown before purchase.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

This seven-day rule is the commercial cancellation policy. It does not remove any withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that applies by law and cannot be waived. Where mandatory law gives you a more favourable right, that law prevails.
