By using this website, submitting a form, making a payment, or booking a conversation, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
2. What the service is
Woman's Perspective offers friendly, private conversations that provide an alternative perspective on personal situations, relationship dynamics, and everyday problems. The purpose is to help you think about your situation from another point of view. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.
This is not therapy and it is not coaching. It is not psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, crisis, or other licensed professional care. No diagnosis, treatment plan, clinical intervention, or guaranteed outcome is provided.
3. Safety and professional support
This service is not suitable for emergencies or situations involving immediate danger, abuse, self-harm, harm to others, or a mental-health crisis. Contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional if urgent or specialist help is needed. Do not delay professional care because of information or conversation received through this service.
4. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement.
- You agree to provide accurate booking and payment information.
- You decide what information to share and should avoid sharing information about another person that is unnecessary or unlawfully obtained.
- You are responsible for evaluating any perspective offered and for all decisions or actions you take afterward.
- You must not use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, deceive, or harm another person.
5. Booking and payment
Prices, duration, and included features are those shown at checkout or in the booking confirmation. Payment may be processed by a third-party provider. A booking is confirmed only when payment and confirmation requirements have been completed.
6. Cancellations and refunds
A consultation cancelled at least seven full calendar days before its scheduled start time is eligible for a refund. A consultation cancelled less than seven days before its scheduled start time is not refundable under the commercial cancellation policy. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. See the full Refund Policy.
7. Privacy, confidentiality, and recordings
Conversations are treated as private and handled with discretion, subject to the Privacy Policy and any disclosure required by law, safety obligations, or legal claims. You may not record, publish, reproduce, or share a private conversation without prior written agreement from everyone involved.
8. No guarantee of results
Relationships and personal situations are complex. No particular result, reconciliation, decision, change in another person's behaviour, or improvement in wellbeing is promised or guaranteed.
9. Third-party services
The website may link to scheduling, payment, social-media, messaging, form, email, or file-hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Woman's Perspective is not responsible for an external provider's availability, security, content, or independent actions.
10. Website content
Website text, branding, guides, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, sold, republished, or distributed without permission.
11. Responsibility and legal rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woman's Perspective is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a conversation, another person's actions, third-party services, or decisions you make. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
